So, what about SM Residences? If you are from the Philippines, I don't need to explain to you the quality of everything they do. SM knows what we need and what we want, the good thing is, they put it in the same place.

Just recently, SM created a theme park within the mall, within the city. SMCEPTION. Okay, so I should stop trolling and get to the point. haha. My point is, they made our lives easier putting everything we need in the same place. Who would have thought they'll build quality and affordable homes in prime locations?
